By accessing Innov8alpha.com or engaging Innov8alpha for services, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use our services.

Innov8alpha provides web development, brand strategy, growth audits, AI automation, and SaaS products. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are governed by the engagement scope agreed upon in writing.

Payment terms are specified per engagement (advance, milestone, or full).

Upon full payment, all custom assets created for your engagement transfer to you. Innov8alpha retains rights to its proprietary methods, frameworks, and the Innov8alpha brand. SaaS products remain Innov8alpha property — you receive a usage license per the subscription.

We treat your business information as confidential. We sign NDAs upon request before sensitive information is shared.

Innov8alpha's total liability is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

We deliver services with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes — results depend on factors outside our control including client implementation and market conditions.

Either party may terminate per the engagement contract. SaaS subscriptions can be cancelled anytime — service continues until end of paid period.

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of UP courts.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
