Terms of Service — Growth Audit

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all Growth Audit engagements between Innov8alpha ("Company", "we", "us") and the client ("you", "Client"). By purchasing a Growth Audit, you agree to be bound by these Terms in addition to our General Terms of Service.

A Growth Audit is a fixed-scope, one-time diagnostic engagement. Innov8alpha delivers a structured written report analyzing the Client's digital infrastructure, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities. The audit is advisory in nature and does not constitute implementation services.

Growth Audits are offered in three tiers:

• Pro Audit — Single-page diagnostic covering website health, SEO baseline, and top 5 conversion gaps. Delivered within 5 business days.
• Premium Audit — Comprehensive review including full-site analysis, competitor benchmarking, lead-flow mapping, and a strategic roadmap. Delivered within 7 business days.
• Elite Audit — Everything in the Premium Audit plus tech stack recommendations, a custom growth model, and a 60-minute strategy consultation call. Delivered within 7 business days.

Delivery timelines commence from the date the Client provides all requested access credentials and business context.

To perform the audit, the Client must provide read-only access to relevant platforms as applicable to the engagement:

• Google Analytics (GA4) or equivalent analytics platform
• Google Search Console or equivalent SEO tools
• Active advertising dashboards (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• CRM or lead management systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or equivalent)
• Website backend or CMS (WordPress, Shopify, or custom)

Innov8alpha will only request read-only or viewer-level access. We will never request admin credentials, modify configurations, or make changes to any live system without explicit written authorization.

If access credentials are not provided within 14 days of purchase, Innov8alpha reserves the right to proceed with the audit based on publicly available data, or to offer a full refund and cancel the engagement.

All data, analytics, financial figures, customer lists, and strategic information shared by the Client during the audit process is treated as strictly confidential.

Innov8alpha agrees to:

• Use Client data exclusively for the purpose of delivering the audit report
• Not disclose Client data to any third party without prior written consent
• Delete or return all Client access credentials within 7 days of report delivery
• Execute a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon Client request prior to data sharing

Aggregated, anonymized insights derived from audit engagements may be used by Innov8alpha for internal benchmarking, training, and publicly available case studies — with no identifying information disclosed.

The Growth Audit report constitutes professional advisory output. It is based on data analysis, industry benchmarks, and the professional judgment of Innov8alpha's team at the time of analysis.

Innov8alpha does not guarantee specific business outcomes from implementing the audit recommendations. Results depend on factors including but not limited to: market conditions, competitive dynamics, Client execution quality, budget allocation, and timing.

The audit report is provided for informational and strategic purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, legal advice, or a binding performance guarantee.

Upon full payment, the final audit report and all accompanying analysis documents are the exclusive property of the Client.

Innov8alpha retains rights to its proprietary audit methodology, frameworks, scoring systems, and analytical processes. These remain Innov8alpha's intellectual property.

Growth Audits require full payment upfront before work commences. Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods specified on the Innov8alpha website.

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. In summary: full refund if cancelled before research begins (typically within 24-48 hours of payment); no refund once research is in progress.

Innov8alpha's total liability for a Growth Audit engagement is limited to the fee paid by the Client for that specific audit.

Innov8alpha is not liable for any business decisions made based on audit recommendations, any revenue impact (positive or negative) from implementing or not implementing recommendations, or any data accuracy issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Client.

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UP courts.
